Haller Textilwerk (Halltex) Solbad Hall in Tirol, Austria Circa 1960s – 1970s Length: 20 inches | Width: 3.25 inches Cotton-linen blend base with heavy jacquard woven pattern This is a charming vintage mid-century Austrian folk art wall hanging, beautifully preserved with its original factory paper label intact. Manufactured by the renowned Haller Textilwerk in the historic alpine textile region of Solbad Hall/Tirol, Austria, this piece is a wonderful example of authentic European alpine design. The original factory tag remains clipped to the bottom, displaying the historic Haller emblem, article number 4212, and its original vintage retail pricing in Deutsche Marks (DM = 1.50). Finding these deadstock textile pieces with their original paper labels intact is exceptionally rare.
