The blade is explicitly stamped Carvel Hall USA and features a 9.5-inch straight edge, perfect for smooth, clean slicing of roasts, hams, and turkey. Total length of the knife is approximately 15 inches. Features the sleek, tapering sleek handle in a silver stainless steel finish.
