Description
Set of four vintage black-stem wine goblets or cocktail coupes. Clear crystal bowl on a paneled black glass stem with a black disc foot. Elegant Deco silhouette, reads Hollywood Regency. Bohemian, of Gothic. Black-stem glassware had two big moments, the 1930s Deco original and the 1980s Hollywood Regency revival. The paneled stem and disc foot on this set suggest the later run, which was made in Italy and the US for department store bar sets. Four is the sweet spot for a small cocktail party.
