Acrylic retractable key holder Vintage Mid Century, likely 1950s or 60s. This is probably a knock off of a style popularized by the brand Swank. (it could actually be Swank and the logo just rubbed off, can't say for sure) The plastic casing holds the key rings which pop out when the buttons are pressed. To put the rings back you just kinda push it back and it pops right in.
