We will ship via the 4th Class Mail (non-standard size).
*If the item does not arrive, please contact your local post office directly.
There are rare cases where a delivery notice is not left and redelivery does not occur. The post office holds items for 1 week. We kindly ask that you check yourself.

1. We generally ship cuttings, but some may be rooted. If you are concerned about whether a plant is rooted, please comment.

2. We appreciate purchases through the bundle purchase feature. Discounts will be applied as indicated in the image for bundled items. No discount will be applied if not specified.

3. During busy periods, priority will be given to bundle purchase requests. For items that cannot be included in a bundle purchase, please submit a second bundle purchase request or comment.

5. Express shipping is weight-based.

*Changing to Sagawa Express will cost +300 yen and up, depending on the region.
*Yu-Packet Plus delivery can be changed by paying the shipping difference at the time of order.

8. Shipping
4th Class Mail. Due to heat and humidity during transport, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for jelly rot or leaf drop. Shipping days: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. I work on weekdays, so I cannot choose the timing of delivery. Please understand.

9. Packaging
Recycled simple packaging.

10. Plants change their condition daily.
Please do not purchase if you are looking for perfect items like those from a garden center.

11. If purchasing only bundled items, only one item will be calculated at the regular price.
If the bundled price is indicated in the image, a discount will be applied.

13. For issues with succulents, to prevent further trouble, we will review the images and offer a refund for the cost of the seedling only, or include it in your next purchase. We will not ship the problematic seedling separately.
