Description
Organic Jinenjo (Japanese Mountain Yam) Seed Tubers
◎ All items shown in the photo will be sent.
These seed tubers were broken when dug up, but they are sprouting well.
Half of them have already sprouted.
The vines will grow and can be used as a green curtain during the summer.
In the fall, aerial tubers (mukago) will form, which you can enjoy in dishes like mukago rice.
Growing from mukago takes longer to produce large tubers compared to planting seed tubers.
Once the tubers grow large, please enjoy them as Jinenjo. They are packed with nutrients!
They will be wrapped in paper and cushioning material and sent via Yu-Packet Mini.
