This is a forged knife from Sarazan, a famous soba noodle workshop in Nagoya.
Includes a paulownia wood knife sheath, a knife cleaning scraper, and an eraser.
The soba knife and paulownia wood sheath are engraved with the name Sarazan.
I will also include the bag I used to carry my knife and tools when I was taking lessons.
