This is a clear tote bag from the AKB48 Group's Tokyo Dome Concert (August 19-20, 2014).
It was purchased at the dome concert and has been stored in a drawer ever since.
The size is quite large:

Handle length: Approximately 70 cm (from attachment point)
It can fit two bath towels, a change of clothes, and a large inflatable ring, perfect for a trip to the beach.
Although made of nylon, it is quite thick and would not look out of place for everyday use.
Due to its large size, it will be shipped as a 60-size package.
