13cm 2-way bass-reflex DIY speakers: Aiming for floor-standing with an angled baffle

In contrast, the creator of this contrarian speaker mounted the unit in reverse, with the magnet exposed, creating a soundstage type speaker they called The Child Who Showed Its Butt, First Prize, which they made previously.
The effect was that the sound image seemed to float up.
Honestly, though, the real intention was to show off the beautiful butt rather than aim for a soundstage.

This time, they created what could be called a semi-soundstage type speaker with the unit tilted at a 60° angle.

However, on a hardwood floor, the bass becomes quite boomy.
It would be advisable to use some appropriate insulators or place a piece of wood underneath.
