Tokyo Marui P90 Series Compatible Type-LX Upper Receiver Kit

This is a 3D printed receiver kit for the Tokyo Marui P90 series (with built-in front face suppressor).

It can be attached directly by replacing the genuine receiver.
Please transplant the latch parts for fastening with the stock and the inner barrel.
The original flash hider and charging handle will not be used.
It is made using ABS material with a high-performance FDM printer, so it has sufficient strength and durability.
Although there are layer lines unique to 3D printing, the layer thickness is set to the thinnest possible at 0.12mm, and the layer direction and the nozzle scanning direction during surface printing are aligned with horizontal lines and shape lines, giving it a hairline finish that is not too unnatural.

A baffle expansion chamber type suppressor structure is built into the upper part of the muzzle, achieving sound reduction with approximately the same overall length as when the genuine hider is attached.
To reduce noise by releasing high-pressure air into the expansion chamber before the BB bullet exits the muzzle, using heavier BB bullets will enhance the sound reduction effect.
*The sound reduction effect is achieved by firing BB bullets. There is almost no sound reduction effect during dry firing.

During assembly, parts are strongly bonded by dissolving them with solvent.
The M-LOK slots and top rail parts ensure practical strength, and there should be no particular issues with normal use.
In testing, a sling adapter was attached to the slot, and a 20 kg load was applied while the receiver was fixed, and there were no particular issues even after pulling for 1 hour.

The rail parts also have sufficient strength to withstand swinging the main body while holding only the rails without any problems.

The left and right halves are integrated using stainless steel pins and ABS solvent welding, so disassembly is not possible.
Please note that there may be traces of adhesive on the parts.
