This charming piece has a classic mid-century American pottery look, with a tall fluted/ribbed neck, rounded body, raised leaf-and-berry style decoration along the sides and an elegant stepped pedestal base. The softly scalloped rim and warm creamy ivory glaze give it a wonderful sculptural quality.  The glaze displays a delicate network of age-related crazing, particularly around the body and neck, adding authentic vintage character and a beautiful timeworn patina.
