Selling 2 baskets from my collection-both in great vintage condition! 1) Basket 1 is a rare find, vintage handwoven wicker basket designed with a distinctive star, flower, or scalloped silhouette. It features a multi-tonal, open-weave structure that blends darker auburn tones with a lighter natural core. Commonly used as a shallow boho wall hanging or a rustic countertop display bowl, it adds excellent organic texture to farmhouse & eclectic bohemian decor layouts. Measurements- • Diameter: 10 inches • Height: 2.5 inches A charming vintage display piece — great for fruit, bread, mail, keys, or country cottage styling. 2) Basket 2 is a vintage wicker flower gathering basket (often referred to as a garden trug or tulip basket). It features a distinct flared, winged silhouette w/a high-arching handle designed specifically for collecting & carrying freshly cut, long-stemmed flowers or herbs without bending or crushing them. Measurements- • Width: 11 inches • Height: 13.5 inches • Depth: 6.5 inches Both baskets: Vintage condition w/normal wear from age: • Light surface rubbing • Solid & structurally stable overall Woven since antiquity for function, baskets transitioned to home decor during the Arts and Crafts movement.
