Hand Painted Porcelain Celery Relish Tray Open Border Gilded Scalloped Edge

During the late 19th and early 20th centuries, china painting was an incredibly popular hobby and artistic pursuit.  This piece was hand-painted by Catherine Graf, a talented local artist in the Pensacola, Florida, area.  The tray is decorated with soft pink wild roses, an iridescent glaze, and a classic pierced (ribbon-slot) openwork border with a gilded scalloped edge.  The item exhibits minimal signs of age and use; however, it is free of chips, cracks, breaks, and repairs unless otherwise stated herein.  All items listed are from a smoke-free, cat-friendly home.
