Unique vintage artisan stick pin featuring a miniature hand-painted lion portrait on a polished banded stone-like piece in warm brown, gray and amber tones. Individual brush strokes are visible in the lion's mane and facial details, giving this tiny piece wonderful handcrafted character. The reverse shows the natural-looking banded pattern of the polished material. Measures approximately 2½ inches overall. Unsigned with no maker's mark.
