Vtg Mid Century Japanese Ceramic Candle Holders - Wolin & Stamped Japan

This is a coordinating mixed-manufacturer duo.   • Round holder has the original Wolin Japan foil label with a felt bottom protector. Square-base holder is stamped JAPAN directly into the raw ceramic base. • Material: high-quality glazed ceramic / pottery • Color: Cream / Ivory / Warm Off-White with subtle brown antiquing wash accents • Dual-purpose top wells. The outer rim fits large pillar candles up to 3 inches in diameter, while the recessed center well holds standard taper candles.   • Good vintage structural condition overall with no major cracks, breaks, or repairs. Please note the following normal, age-related cosmetic imperfections: [Round Wolin Holder]: Top well basin has light, faint purple wax surface staining/discoloration from previous use. Features minor inherent glaze pops/manufacturing pinholes & a visible vertical mold seam line on the upper rim ring. The bottom edge near felt base has a few small cosmetic glaze flea bites/rubs. • Note: The round Wolin holder makes a slight rattle sound when shaken. This is very common w/ hollow vintage ceramics & is simply a tiny loose piece of kiln clay trapped inside from the original manufacturing process. It’s strictly internal & does not affect the structure.  [Square]: Top outer rim shows light glaze wear & shallow flaking along the edge.
