This is a set of three chest protectors for Kendo equipment.
They were removed from used chest protectors, cleaned thoroughly, and stored.
As you can see from the images, the second chest protector has some areas that appear whitish. (This can be easily dyed black with a commercially available leather paint.)
Other areas, such as where the straps are tied, also appear whitish. These are being sold with the understanding that they may need to be replaced.
