I believe this was from the late 1980's or early 1990's. This is child size 14 XL or very small adult. Size 14 girls. Perfect for Halloween costume, school pioneer dress up event. This has been in our costume closet fro many years and it is sadly time to part with it. Gently worn vintage condition w/ staining on white blouse. Will leave to buyer to oxi clean and launder.
